Nick has been my longtime sewer inspector — who’s been poached by other area agents for his amazing ability to explain sewer lines to the average home buyer/owner in a way that’s accessible and most importantly, pretty darn interesting. I jokingly refer to him as the sewer line whisperer for the way he seems to transfix his listeners. Aside from his obvious expertise, he’s a really nice person! They only do sewer inspections so there’s no threat every of upselling a problem, which is so appreciated by my clients. Wholeheartedly give my highest recommendation!
